Samantha was happy to get back into the doodlebug this weekend. So, Sam and I went to bike church as Debbie calls it. We covered just 7 miles but she had a great time. We stopped at a park and played on the slides while I recover. When I set everything up she trys to get in and put on her helmet. 
The best part for Samantha is when we pass puppy dogs. She waves at almost everyone that passes our path. At the park she played with a 2year old who was taking a break from the other direction. 
You can see Sam gets the good end of the deal. Plush seat, cup holders, and room for a friend. Also, No pedaling! The Doodle bug is about 30lbs + Sam about 25lbs(depending on breakfast) + toys and water ?lbs= One tired Doug.
