The first REALLY nice day of the year, we decided to go to the zoo! The kids had been sick the 11 days prior, so I figured a zap of fresh air could cure them completely! :) Everyone else in Nebraska had the same idea, because we ended up parking up by the Front doors of Rosenblatt Stadium! I couldn't turn around and go home, because the kids were too excited and knew we were already at the zoo. We decided to press on! We made it through all the crowds and actually accomplished a lot on my 1st zoo trip with all 3 kids! Clair liked being out in the cool air so much she decided to take a nap and didn't wake up until we were in the car going home. We saw the giraffes, zebras, sea loins, bears, gorillas, orangutans, and aquarium!! We left the zoo at 4:20 and everyone was VERY tired! :)
